Security Responsibilities

Synapse Cyber is responsible for reasonable platform safeguards. Customers are responsible for account administration, endpoint security, access assignments, and appropriate data submission.

Availability and Changes

Services may change over time. Planned maintenance, emergency maintenance, and third-party dependencies may affect availability.

Confidentiality

Each party should protect the other party's confidential information using reasonable care and use it only for authorized purposes.

Warranties and Liability

Final warranty disclaimers, indemnities, liability limits, governing law, and dispute terms must be established through counsel and customer contracts.
